1. About this policy
This policy explains how ROMBI PIXEL LTD, trading as Fintech Den™, uses cookies on our website. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help a website work and remember choices you make, such as the language you prefer.
3. The cookies we use
We use two cookies, both set by our own website. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't share cookie data with anyone.

Neither cookie contains your name, email address or any other details about you. fd_lang holds only a two-letter language code, such as "de" for Deutsch.
4. The language cookie
Our website is available in seven languages: English, Deutsch, Français, Italiano, Español, Nederlands and Polski.
If you choose "Allow both" in the cookie banner, we:
- open the website in your browser's language, if we offer it, or in English if we don't
- save the language you use in the fd_lang cookie, and update it whenever you pick another language from the language menu
- open the website in your last saved language the next time you visit our home page
If you choose "Essentials only", we don't set fd_lang. The website opens in English, and you can pick another language from the menu at any time. Each language also has its own address, for example fintechden.com/de/ for German, which you can bookmark.
5. Your choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks what you'd like to allow:
- Essentials only. We set only fd_consent, to remember your choice. This cookie is needed for the website to work as you asked, so it doesn't need your consent.
- Allow both. We set fd_consent and fd_lang.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. If you switch from "Allow both" to "Essentials only", we delete the fd_lang cookie straight away.
6. Booking a discovery call
When you book a discovery call, our booking page at booking.fintechden.com opens in a window on our website. That page may use its own cookies, which are needed to show available times and complete your booking. These cookies are set only when you open the booking page.
7. How to control cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- see which cookies are stored and delete them one by one or all at once
- block cookies from particular websites or from all websites
- delete all cookies when you close the browser
If you delete our cookies, the banner will ask for your choice again on your next visit. The help pages of your browser explain how to manage cookies. The ICO also has guidance at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we'll update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
